A refined one-bedroom oceanfront residence designed for a young couple, combining contemporary luxury with a warm and highly personal atmosphere. The interior was conceived around natural materials, sophisticated textures, and carefully selected Italian furniture, creating an elegant home that feels both elevated and effortless.
Natural stone, wood, leather, fine textiles, and bespoke finishes form a rich yet restrained material palette. Every piece was selected to complement the architecture, the natural light, and the uninterrupted connection to the ocean.
Constraints :
The compact one-bedroom layout required precise space planning to achieve the comfort and sophistication of a much larger residence. Every element was carefully considered — from furniture proportions and circulation to lighting, storage, material transitions, and custom detailing.
The challenge was to create a highly functional home without compromising the sense of openness, visual purity, or luxury.
Outcome :
The result is an intimate yet exceptionally refined oceanfront residence where contemporary Italian design meets natural materials and bespoke detailing. Soft textures, sophisticated finishes, sculptural furniture, and carefully layered lighting create a calm and sensual atmosphere throughout the home.
